- Text Off GKHnews to 40404 to stop receiving announcements to your cell phone.
- Text On GKHnews to 40404 to resume receiving announcements to your cell phone.
The updates are provided through Twitter, but you don't need to be on Twitter to get them. However, if you are on Twitter, you can manage updates to your cell phone directly by following @GKHNews, which is the Good Karma Host announcement channel.
