Easystreet Residents: Credit Balances
If your site resides on Easystreet, you received a refund of hosting costs for October as my personal apology for the downtime Oct. 5. This means when new invoices are generated, the amount of the refund is in a credit balance will be automatically subtracted from the balance due for new invoices or orders. For some orders (like a new domain name), you won't have any new charges.
