PLEASE check in with me if you try contact me/GKH and don't get a response. I just heard from a client who thought I'd been ignoring them for months! Eeek. They were sending emails to an address that doesn't go through to me and I had no idea whatsoever. (I don't ignore clients, just so you know. Bad business plan and all.)
Normal turnaround time for non-urgent issues is 2 business days. If your contact hasn't been acknowledged within a few days, please contact me via alternate email, telephone, web form, whatever.If it's much longer than a couple days, you can safely assume something is wrong.
And to make things easier to track, if you can use the support ticket system or email addresses (like support@thanks.goodkarmahost.com) - your requests open up a support ticket in the system and keeps it easier to track for all of us. It also doesn't get buried in the avalance of email I get at umpteen different addresses daily.
