For Significantly Late Payments: Please Expect Late Fees!

When a payment is made more than a month past the due date, PLEASE expect to pay a late fee, generally appearing on your next invoice. Late fees are part of the terms of service accepted when opening an account. Remaining current on all charges, including late fees, is a requirement for an account to be considered in good standing. Failure to pay late fees may result in service suspension/termination even if other charges are not due.

If circumstance makes it difficult to make your payment on time, you can contact GKH BEFORE late fees have been added to your account (i.e. at 30 days past due) for an extension.

If you know you're not going to be available when your payment is due, you're also welcome to add a credit to your account to be automatically deducted at the right time or may a payment by PayPal subscription so that your account remains current.
