Please do your best to make payments on time. There is a 15-day Grace Period for payments; after the grace period, a $10 late fee is added and at 30 days past due, all active services for a past due account may be suspended until the account is fully paid, including late fees.  Suspensions and late fees are automatically executed by the billing system.

You can avoid late charges and supspension by paying all invoices when they become due, prepaying your account with a credit balance, or selecting Paypal Subscriptions to make your payment.

Returned checks: if a check is returned from the bank unpaid, you will be notified so that you can make arrangements to replace the returned payment. In addition to the original amount on a returned check, there will be an additional $25 charge to cover additional processing and bank fees. Standard late fees may be added.
