Got a notice your domain is expiring? It's easy to renew it and ensure uniterrupted service. Domain names make up your internet address, and must be renewed before they expire if you wish to continue using the domain. If allowed to expire, problems can arise  regaining control of your domain in certain circumstances, and your site and email addresses associated with your domain stop working. Not good! So don't put off renewing your domain. And if you have any trouble, don't hesitate to ask for help! That's why we're here.

To renew your domain, visit the Support Center (linked in your renewal notice). Upon logging in, go to domain management.

Select any domain to renew.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select "Renew Domain"

You'll be taken to the Shopping Cart, where you can decide for how long and renew any other domains you may want at the same time!

Please make sure you pay for the domain renewal, as domain orders do NOT get processed until a payment is made. If you have another invoice coming up, you can pay for both together, but do make sure the payment will arrive well in advance of the domain expiring.
