If you have failed login attempts for your email, webmail, or hosting control panel, you may have difficulty accessing the server for a few minutes. While your site is not visible to you during that time, it remains available to other visitors just like normal. Likewise, while you cannot retrieve your email during a lockout period, emails can still be sent to you and will be available for retrieval when you're able to log back in. So the rest of the world is none the wiser!

We run security routines that monitor login attempts lock block access to connections having several failed attempts in a short period of time. This makes it much more difficult for hackers to break in using password cracking scripts. The downside is that you can sometimes lock yourself out this way.

The solution is simple: Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you continue to have problems, then feel free to contact GKH to have your password reset as needed. Thanks!
