Trial Period Guarantee

If you're not happy with your services, Good Karma Host is not happy, either! That's why you have a full thirty days from signing up for a new account to give it a test run!

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a trial period refund. For example, if you've had an account here before, cancelled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account, you will not be eligible for a trial period refund. Please also be aware this refund does NOT include domain purchases, or other one-time charges, such as consulting charges. Only web hosting charges are eligible..

99.9% Uptime Guarantee

If you experience less than 99.9% uptime in any given month, you can request a credit for that month under the Uptime Guarantee. Downtime is counted as time your site is unavailable to visitors because of server problems, and does not include self-induced downtime (script problem, software configuration issues, exessive traffic, etc.), natural disaster, or network problems between you and the site. It also does not include scheduled maintenence incidents, preannounced via Network Status updates.

99.9% Uptime means you can request credit if your site is inaccessible for over 43 minutes in a given month.

Please contact GKH as soon as you are aware of a problem accesing your service to get help determining if your site is down, and why. To take advantage of the uptime guaranantee, you must specifically request the refund via the Support ticket where you initially reported the downtime.

This offer is only available to clients with accounts in good standing and is only paid as a credit balance that can be used to pay future charges.
