Inbound Email Settings (POP or IMAP)

To set up to recieve email, here is what you need to put in your email program - be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with your hosted domain.

mailserver: mail.yourdomain.com
username: you@yourdomain.com (use your full email address as username)
password: youremailpassword

In Outlook, this is what your email settings look like. While different email programs will look different, they should all have the same basic options to set up. Your email may be set up either as a POP or IMAP account.

Selecting the "More Settings" button will give you further options.

For General Options: You can put whatever you like in the "Mail Account" area - it's just to help you identify which email account you're referencing. The "Organization" and "Reply-Email" fields will show up when you send email to someone, and direct what email address a "reply" command will go to. If you mistype the reply-to email address, folks will have trouble answering your email and it sometimes takes a while to realize it.
