Website updates and consultation are NOT included in web hosting fees. Phone calls, emails or in-person meetings to discuss your web strategy, options or provide professional advice ARE billable. Consultation fees are charged hourly, with a 15-minute minimum charge per incident. Grouping your requests together will minimize the time required to address them, thus providing you a better overall value.

Please prepurchase an hour of on-call consultation time if you require on-call consulting work (including web updates). General or frequently asked questions will be added to the Knowledgebase or GKH Blog so the information is available to help everyone. But for one-on-one assistance, please expect charges. Thank you.
