If you cannot check email or see your website, you may have been temporarily blocked from the server. If you use the wrong password several times within a short period or you try and check email very frequently (like more than once a minute), you may be temporarily blocked out. These are security precautions intended to protect us from folks trying to hack into the server.

Sorry for any inconvience. If you've waited a while and are still unable to get in, please open a support ticket from the Client Support Center or by emailing support@thanks.goodkarmahost.com so we can check it out for you.
